Returns
If your order has just been delivered by the Jo Alexander delivery team and you change your mind at that time, they can take it away with them completely free of charge.
You have 14 days for this item for a FULL REFUND, provided it is unused, in a saleable condition and repacked in the original packaging.
You will need to pay a £75 collection charge.
In the rare event that an item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

SYNTHETIC WICKER
All our wicker furniture is made from Ecolene ™, a non-toxic, 100% recyclable woven polyethlene resin fibre. We carefully chose this material because it provides all the sun-bleached warm feel of natural rattan without the maintenance and short life span. Designed to prevent cracking, peeling, breaking, and fading, the textured appeal of woven wicker furniture is finally sustainable and durable even in less sunny climes.
