Lloyd Loom first came about in 1917 when an American, Marshall Burns Lloyd, invented a special loom that could weave twisted kraft paper into a woven fabric partly reinforced with steel wire. This woven fabric became known as 'Lloyd Loom' and it revolutionised an area of the furniture industry.
The Vincent Sheppard products are certified following FSC rules, a symbol of environmental, social and responsible forestry - a great reward for all the efforts in creating comfortable, stylish, sustainable and eco-friendly furniture.
This indoor Lloyd Loom furniture can easily be maintained with a moist towel and some natural soap.
