Returns
If your order has just been delivered by the Jo Alexander delivery team and you change your mind at that time, they can take it away with them completely free of charge.
You have 14 days for this item for a FULL REFUND, provided it is unused, in a saleable condition and repacked in the original packaging.
Please arrange the return via the Post Office or Parcel Force at your own cost.
In the rare event that an item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

About this product
These bespoke designed cushions with matching piping on each edge, offers you a 10 cm deep base cushion and an 8 cm deep back cushion as part of the set.
(Note: A one-seater Sofa Armchair requires one 'set' of cushions whilst the two-seater sofa would requires two sets and so on. If you are purchasing an item from our Classic Sofa Range, then please note that these cushions are included as part of the price).

*EXTREME STAIN RESISTANCE - has a special treatment to reduce the fabric absorption of soil and stains and keeps the fabric looking clean, fresh and new.
*HYGIENE PROTECTION - free from substances which might be harmful to the environment and you & your family and sanitized for hygiene protection inhibiting microbial developements and mould stains.
*YKK ZIP enabling machine washing at 40 degrees when necessary.
